Admission Procedures

Purchase and Completion of Forms

Forms can be purchased at the intended school of BPK PENABUR Jakarta/the previous school. Complete the form fully and correctly pursuant to itnsructions for completion.

Admission Announcement

New student admission selection result will be announced through the school enrollment. Prospective students can we see the announcement of the selection result at the intended school. Admitted students will proceed to the process of payment of donation for educational facilities.

Tuition Fee

The amount of tuition fee will be available at each school. At the same time the parent/guardian will agree with the amount of the tuition fee started in the application form.

Return of Forms

The completed form must be returned to the intended school, together with the required documents.

Donation for Educational Facilities

The amount of donation for educational facilities is based on donation rate table applicable at each school.

Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is payable at the start of the academic year by the time specified. This annual Fund will be used for student activities of one academic year.

The Annual Fund may be checked at the relevant school.

Admission Test

Prospective students are take the admission test at the intended school.

Process

If the prospective student passes the selection process, pays the amount of educational facilites donation stated on the form to the designated bank, and the date of bank invoice/slip for the donation conforms to the specified group schedule, the sstudent could be accepted for enrolment in the specified group.

Payment is deemed complete upon delivery of the bank invoice/slip to the school of enrolment.

Academic Requirements

Prospective Secondary Students

Selection is based on scores of academic tests comprising Mathematics test and English Prediction Test.

Administration Requirements

Prospective Primary School Students

  • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate
  • Photocopy of the family card
  • Photocopy of the identity card (KTP) of the parents/guardian
  • A color photograph sized 3×4 cm

Prospective Lower Secondary (IGCSE) Students

  • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate
  • Photocopy of the family card
  • Photocopy of the identity card (KTP) of the parents/guardian
  • Photocopy of the Primary School Diploma
  • Photocopy of the 4th & 5th grade transcripts (1st and 2nd semester)
  • A color photograph sized 3×4 cm

Prospective Upper Secondary (A Level) Students

  • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate
  • Photocopy of the family card
  • Photocopy of the identity card (KTP) of the parents/guardian
  • Photocopy of the Lower Secondary School Diploma
  • Photocopy of the 8th grade transcript (1st and 2nd semester) with the minimum score of Mathematics and English of at least 70 in each semester
  • A color photograph sized 3×4 cm
